ClubMark Accreditation

After all the hard work and over 12 months in the making, Trafford council have awarded Gen'dai Martial Arts with their coveted Club Mark Accreditation. This is a great achievement and takes the club from strength to strength. Well done to all Gen'dai Members as this could not have been possible without your help. We have now retained this status, please see the letter below from Trafford council after a very positive review of all Gendai documentation.

  Letter from Traffird Council
Dear Dave,

I am very pleased to inform you that after a successful Traffordmark Annual Review on 10th January 2011 Gen’dai Karate Club is still working to the appropriate standards and maintains Traffordmark accreditation.

The review proved very positive and highlighted the excellent work still being done in creating an effective Club and providing a high quality sporting environment.

As previously, in order to recognise the Clubs continued accreditation you are still entitled to use the following statement on Club literature to promote your achievements, “ A Sport Trafford Accredited Club ”

As has already been demonstrated, it is still important the Traffordmark evidence file be used as a working document. Information should be updated as and when required and collated within the file. The file will again be reviewed on an annual basis to ensure the Club still qualifies for rate relief.

The next annual review is due to take place in January 2012, 2 years after the original accreditation was gained.

Once again may I take the opportunity to congratulate the Club on its achievements and I look forward to continuing to work with you in the future.

Yours sincerely

J. Burton
Sports Development Officer
