The 1st of the Gen'Dai DVD's is here...

For a long time we have promised our members a DVD that they can use at home to develop their technique outside of the dojo - and here it is!

This 1st DVD has been specifically designed for the white, orange & red belt students.

It is clearly photographed and shows all the techniques required for grading - basics, kata & sanbon kumite. The techniques are demonstrated by members of the club in a technically correct way that will allow the student to study every move required for their forthcoming grading in detail.
