The 1st International Karate Seminar took place last weekend and what a fantastatic weekend it was!
The weekend comprised of 2 days of intensive training with Sensei's from England, Ireland, Germany and France.
We covered a diverse range of training topics from kumite and jiu ippon to kata and bunkai, everyone experiencing something new.
Despite the hard training sessions, everyone left with a smile and made new friends along the way.
